    We'll start with a conversation. If you sent a message above, you've already started the process. We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand where you are, where you want to go, what feels stuck, and what you want from our work together. This gives me the context to make your coaching specific to you rather than giving you generic career advice.

    Then we have homework. Sucks, I know. But this will make our session. Before we meet, I review your background, goals, current materials, and anything relevant to the package you selected. I use that information to tailor your session, identify opportunities and gaps, and prepare the tools and materials we will work through together. At the same time, I'll give you some pre-work so that you're also prepared for our session.

    Your live coaching session is focused, collaborative, and built around your actual goals. We will work through the decisions, positioning, stories, or strategy that will move you forward. If you choose The Interview Edit, this includes a live mock interview followed by a focused feedback session to review what worked, refine what did not, and put the feedback into practice.

    The work does not disappear when the call ends. You will receive personalized takeaway materials based on your package so you have a clear reference for what comes next. That may include your 90 day action plan, career roadmap, transferable skills map, target role strategy, updated career materials, interview story bank, or other tools created through our work together.
